Actually, it is, in fact, true. How? Simple--the arena does not calculate boosts to one's stats. For example, any unit holding, say, Ivaldi, would be calibrated as having 5 Def lower than it actually did. Given Natasha's low hit rate, it was only a matter of time until the arena spawned a foe that did between 1 and 4 damage. See: Ninis' Grace glitch for GBA. I've had Oswin get tinked so many times this way it's not even funny.

29 lightnings used up :p

Who promotes Natasha to Valkyrie? Bishop is way better.
-
question would all the arenas be destroyed by monsters by the time natasha is promoted ?
-
Wrong! magic attacks will lose there durability without impact..

@Soulsythe1 i was just making a little joke :P besides, I've heard that a few times before..
-
@IvoryAngel6 it wouldnt be able to, weapons lose durability upon impact, missing does nothing

Challenge accepted and challenge defeated. In Shadow Dragon, I had a general with a 12% of hitting a swordmaster, who did zero damage. Now I wish I had recorded it.

Longest arena match in FE8?? Challenge accepted.

@IvoryAngel6 actually the weapon uses dont go down unless you hit.

@TheMadDogClan
Sorry to burst your bubble but that is not true unless you hacked. The arena breaks stat caps to make sure that it is able to both hit the opponent and do damage. They break caps and they give silver weapons. It's impossible unless it was hacked.
