KGB taunts/insults Mike but is losing a huge sum of money to him. Mike is smiling and taunting KGB but is winning a lot of money from him aswell. Clearly Mike is acting worse.
I would never laugh and taunt someone when i was winning huge sums of money from him, thats just really bad, far beyond just getting mad over losing.

a gentleman and a hero... really...? I believe it was KGB who taunted him to play the game in the first place reminding him that "I stick it in you last time" while humping the air. Teddy KGB's Phil Hellmuth style of pissing, moaning, and bitching after the beat are anything but "sportsmanlike".
