Illegal vendors...Looks likes everyone who commented here has never owned a real business in their life. I did a job and didn't get paid for it. Not only is the job incomplete because I was prematurely terminated, but the entire house was in jeopardy of falling eventually and the landlord kept making up excuses as to why they couldn't afford this and that to fix the property properly to prevent future residents from being exposed to harmful elements of the construction of the house!
