I don't understand why women do these exercises. Scientifically speaking, lifting a heavier weight is far more beneficial. If you can do 50 reps with a dumbbell, it means it's not doing anything whatsoever for your body.
Don't buy into sensationalism. If you want to tone your body you need to lift heavier weights and eat a decent diet.
