i was born in S. Korea n moved to America when i was 8 and now i'm 16 but the reason for yao-ming thing is like My name is "Beom Hee Kim" but in korea you put your last name in front like "Kim Beom Hee" but people regardless would call me "Beom Hee" cuz that is my name and Kim either in front or back is same. btw it's pronounced "bum"
well erm in east asia they say there last name first and then mid and then first... o-o so ya. lol :] most asians would of adapted to the western way of saying somones name but idk.. maybe he hasnt? o-o whatever dont really matter lols.
That is crazy. I had no clue what the perm thing meant till you explain it.
Because Chinese typically place the family name first. Yao is his surname. Very common practice in Asia. Yao is his family name and his first name is Ming. I lived in china and in japan for 3 years each. I know the culture rather well.
you might have to check your sync up
your sound and vision are un synced
and Yao Ming is Ming Yao in english Ming is the first name Yao, the last
like Ichiro Suziki, but it is odd because he isnt Ichiro Suzuki (suzuki ichiro) but he is just Ichiro Ichiro
i dont get it either
