@buddybleau Just to add to that in a court of law judges believe every word of an officer, unless there is evidence against what they say. This is why cops fucking hate being filmed because in court they cant twist the truth in their favour.

Cops are among the class of people who volunteer to serve in government, and they swear under oath to serve the public. We the People delegate certain authority to our public servants, but we never give up our 10th Amendment power over them. We have protected rights to monitor our government.

I think Police Officers should just not arrest anybody anymore or stop anyone or talk to anyone and then when there are shitbags climbing through your windows to kill you after a few months and you call 911, they should tell you all to fuck off and hang up the phone, then you can exercise all your rights and drop dead with them....

Just about any cop will order you to turn off the video camera, hoping you don't know the law. They rely heavily on your ignorance of the law in order to bully you. Once they realize you know your rights, most cops have enough smarts to back off.That audio law is bullshit! Your video is your only witness. Keep filming! Without a video it will be your word against his. Whom do you think they will believe? Certainly not you.
