The tone of the piano is full and rich, and plays like new, however it sounds much better than it's current model brothers. The wood of the rim and soundboard have aged for 100 years, but the piano plays like new.

Mm. Nice. I like that fragile twang ... not honky-tonky, but I wonder how often it would need tuning to prevent it becoming honky tonky? At the moment that slight frisson lends each note an almost vibrato quality.
