@carlyxz He is doing great! His recovery was amazing and he is now in his new home! Did you watch the Part 2 of Jamie's video? In the "Jordy" video, you can see him in a couple of the shots dashing around with two of the other dogs--he is the tiniest one. Thanks for your concern. He is certainly a special little guy!

Not ignorance, ignorance can be cured by education. This is stupidity, selfishness, laziness and just not caring for other living beings. Not generally curable at all, the only hope is that they don't reproduce and treat their children the same say. In many states this would be grounds for prosecution. May the people who treated this dog like this get back what they put out seven times seven and come to realize that all life is sacred and of the Creator.

@Wisepati Two weeks after his surgery, Jamie is doing great! His foster mom is an amazing lady who has dedicated all her time to caring for him during his recovery. And yes, the former owners do have kids...and at least one more dog.

God bless Furbaby Rescue! I adopted my furbabies from them and they are a great source of my joy and comfort. I cannot imagine living my life without them. Two of the furbabies I adopted were abused and neglected by their previous owners. But despite of their past, they gave me pure unadulterated love, devotion and loyalty. It is very sad that these innocent little ones have to suffer unspeakable things that us humans allow to happen to them.

@DebFul52 And the former 'owner's can't be prosecuted for cruelty? Or failure to provide veterinary care? If not, then the laws need to be changed.

I'm so happy to hear he's doing well. These little creatures that give us so much, and all they ask for is love and understanding. I hope his former owners get a nice slice of Karma coming their way.

Furbaby Rescue has an amazing team. This little dog would not be alive now if the volunteer who picked him up hadn't rushed him to the vet. Jamie is getting better every day and is a real cutie. I will do a follow-up video when he is ready for adoption.
