  • linuxgeek81, I assume you managed to program the chip from Linux? :D

  • Yes, you'll need the platform cable modules, though. With those it is possible to access the JTAG chain via USB.

  • Cool, I was thinking of buying this kit, do these cables you speak of come with the kit?

  • The USB platform cable is on board, you'll get all you need with the kit.

  • Got one of these today... now I need to figure out how to program it!

  • Hi! Have you played much with this board lately? I have a

    Digilent Nexys2 board (has the same FPGA but less DRAM,

    etc.) and am interested in the MANIK SOC which is supposed

    to run on it.
