@dozenmonkeys if you are seen filming the Police in the UK, they get very annoyed and will most likely confiscate the camera, so a hidden one is the only realistic option - and it's not easy to keep it pointing the right way - plus the person with the camera may be arrested too and charged with some made up charge to try and scare them

nobody can simply film the police whilst arresting people! you have to do it sneakily. i had to hide the phone under my jacket.

Nice capture (I meant the video). Did they use it in any trial or something? If that´s the case, then you are probably the first with an N95 that´s helped capturing a thief:)

well i didnt capture while he was stealing the goods from the shop but im sure sainsburys cctv cameras got enough evidence..
by the way i dont think there will be any trial for this guy for just stealing a dvd player.

Never! N95's better than this... this is about 15 fps or less. If its taken with n95 must be the lowest settings.. :)

its indeed taken with my n95 at the highest quality. but youtube automatically compresses the video for faster streaming...
