  • Muscle is 20% less bulky than fat. And muscle reduces jiggle.

  • It takes A LONG TIME to get muscle...Doing this to slim down your legs will NOT make them muscular unless you do it for yeeeeaaarrrss..

  • @anna9241 I feel the same way like you. What is the point anyway? I already have very toned muscles and i want to burn them down since i hate my muscled legs. And to be honest, these are exactly the exercises i did to grow muscles - so no slimimg down with this stuff

  • @anna9241 That's a really ignorant comment. You aren't really going t obe doing any heavy lifting so your thighs probably will probably end up slimming down alot more than the muscle gained. Another thing that you have to take in to consideration for your thuigh mass, will have to be your diet. If you only eat veggies and carbohydrates with almost no protein, you can bet that they wont be getting much muscle mass.

  • @anna9241 you need to first exercise the legs than reduce the amount of protein consumption. Your muscles (which are made of protein) will gradually slim when your body doesnt get enough protein from food this is  becuase the body is breaking the protein down to use it to make enzymes or cells. But make sure you take enough protein as it can affect your health if you push it too far :) Hope this helps!
