Back in the early nineties this was called Oldstyle or Oldschool (Hardcore).

At the moment I think this is called Jumpstyle.

@tripomatic78 Why would they call it Oldschool if this came out in the 90's. Look, when I bought these records at the shops they would always be under the Hard House section. It is what it is, people will call it whatever they want.
