☆ Sky Island (Sky Station Galaxy / Main Theme) ~ Super Mario Galaxy 2 Soundtrack

☆ Sky Station Galaxy is a galaxy in Super Mario Galaxy 2. The level is the introductory stage of the game, taking place before Mario lands on Starship Mario. Mario is launched into the galaxy from Princess Peach's Castle. After flying through a series of clouds, Mario eventually lands on a disc-shaped planetoid. The player can see Yoshi's House nearby, but he's not there. A Luma appears and tells Mario that the Power Stars have been stolen by a monster. The galaxy introduces the player to the gravity based gameplay and spherical planets of Super Mario Galaxy 2.
