Sleeping 4/5, offering elevated views of the coast and within easy access of award winning beaches and attractions.

Featuring a large lawned area, with coastal views, the property itself benefits from an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with spacious parking for even a watercraft.

Only a short walk away is Goodrington Sands which offers safe bathing, Quaywest waterpark (summer only) and restaurant. Take a tranquil walk through Youngs Park, have a picnic on a bench and enjoy the views walking up through the cliff gardens, which are also lit at night.

From Goodrington catch the picturesque steam railway to Dartmouth for a day out beside the river or take in a little Paignton culture by visiting the grounds of Oldway Mansion or taking a stroll around the old town. Be sure to spend a day visiting the award winning Paignton Zoo, home to a variety of rare species and botanical gardens.

During the evening you can take in performance at the Palace Theatre or stroll along to the Apollo Cinema. For a gastronomic treat head to one of the many restaurants in the area offering local produce including fresh seafood landed nearby in Brixham.
