FYI - distilled water shouldn't be used for wine making - it lacks minerals required by the yeast to ensure effective fermentation. Adding yeast nutrients will help, but it's best to start with water that has a decent mineral profile (distilled water has zero dissolved minerals. Grocery store filtered water, or any filtered water you can buy in large quantities should suffice. Happy brewing!
