The first 30 min or so your trying to relax, then you feel calm and you just relax so much.

The first time I did it for an hour and felt like I woke up once the hour was up. Thats when I felt so refreshed.

Hey Nick,

I experienced anxiety bad at work a week ago.

I did the tank a day or two later for the 2nd time.

You wont panic, It's like turning off the lights and jumping into bed where everythings just dark.

You need to relax and this is the best tool. I've done 3hrs so far and want to do it routinely. It's awesome, it fixed my shoulder when I was stretching in there, I was in pain in my neck and shoulders and rolling my head and stretching helped so much. Look up more videos and info on it.
