@MsWellHello It's because the knob jockey was trying to word it in a way that suggested Jackson was still breathing and that the hospital killed him and not Conrad. But he's failing as we're not stupid, so if I was in the jury I wouldn't be able to listen to anything he says as he's clearly trying to mislead.

@MsWellHello yeah, i think it might be because he didn't bother to re-word the question, or at least try to make it seem like he was asking a different kind of question. this guy isn't that great of a lawyer. he's really petulant, he was constantly talking over dr. nguyen and he was talking to her like she was an idiot (even though, being a medical doctor, she has much more education than he does). very disrespectful.

@thesebananatrees oh, that's really a legal strategy? i didn't know they tried to do that deliberately. From watching it, I thought that was what why you heard "305" - basically meaning "enough" - no endless questioning of the same topic. Or Walgren would say "objection - asked and answered"

i really want this judge to make an example of conrad murray to all doctors out there, especially the ones that don't care enough to actually treat their patients. we have to hold these licensed drug dealers accountable for handing out prescriptions for narcotics to people who don't need them, and getting people hooked on this garbage. you can't be a doctor if you don't give a rat's ass about the value of life, or people in general, you just can't.
