Oh, quite some time has passed so I cannot recall it with absolute certainty. I think your choice is free in this race but don't nail me on that. If you like rally cars as stated here, your choice is obvious, isn't it? :)

how do you get to race the stupid devil? ive beaten this race twice already but i cant figure out how to race him

You will unlock another secret ticket as soon as you succeed on "Killer on the Road"; you need to finish 1st place. It could be true that you need to finish Gold in every other race, as well. Please, check your race record and let us know.
