Awesome mini workout!
Hopefully more people will begin to realize that "more weight" or dumbbells does not equal a better workout...using the correct muscles w/proper form!

Really nice routine. As she says, you get more out of it if you squeeze the ball. Variation: People with lower back problems (like me) can protect the lower back when lifting the ball, by stepping one foot slightly in front of the other, and/or slight bend in the knees.
