  • If you haven't already, give Creed's Green Irish Tweed a try. Then compare with Grey Flannel. They're related. Part of the reason I love Grey Flannel.

Eau de Grey Flannel I'm not as enamored with. Kind of a common clean smell, but I understand its appeal.

  • I have never smelled Eau De grey flannel, Im gonna have to get my nose on that one.

  • @raidernationcali haha! OK ;P

  • @amaengy21 Yea im ready to see u fly on ur own! sexy time! lol

  • @Scents2sense well..i was lazy and didn't feel like it again...but it was a bad idea to wash my arm in the morning cuz once i thought it was off..OH MAN! that scent came right back as if i reapplied it back on..HAHA..so i had to mask it with another scent..thank god halle berry's perfume reveal covered it..lol

  • @raidernationcali thanks!..i will definitely give it a whirl..i am still a little nervous being under dan's wing..lol but gotta start somewhere..

  • @amaengy21

Hi Amanda, I will admit there is a little too much oakmoss in grey flannel. The oakmoss is what gives it a bitter smell. The perfumer of Grey Flannel, Geoffrey Beene wanted to create a clean smelling cologne which was different from most other fragrances in 1976 which used Civet. I think for the most part Geoffrey Beene succeded in what he tried to create as it is the dry down which is a clean smell but most people can't get past the blast of oakmoss in the opening spray.

  • good to see u doing stuff on ur own. Hope u do more stuff like this amanda! u go girl.. haha
