Nokia Sea Ray Running Windows Phone Mango

Are you waiting for the first Windows Phone from Nokia? Well, the device Nokia CEO Stephen Elop showcased internally last month, codenamed Sea Ray, has now appeared in a short video preview on a Windows forum in Asia.

Like we reported last month, we expected that the Sea Ray would be in accordance with Microsoft's guidelines when it comes to hardware shortcut buttons. That's something the video confirms. As the smartphone is expected to run a second-generation Snapdragon processor, which is the recommended chipset for Windows Phone Mango, we imagine the Sea Ray will primarily use Carl Zeiss optics to differentiate itself from other Windows Phones.

I am waiting for the first Windows Phone from Nokia but this video is a fake. Its designed to get people talking about the phone but of course the model that comes out wont be this one. Notice this video follows the fake Elop video. Clever marketing by Nokia but not very subtle.
