In my AX-10 Kit ,
I installed a 15t motor / Traxxas XL5 esc / 2cell 7.4v 1800mah Li-Po,
12t Pinion/54t Spur gears on 32pitch ..
Have now gone brushless
with a 8.5t motor / 60a ESC , 14t Pinion ,JunFac shafts , HR steel Tranny gears. . .
.

The RTR is the best fun for money i ever buy! great vid like what you can do with the truck!

No doubt you can be a hardcore crawler, but if you want to race or just go fast, the shocks will need softer springs and the tire will need some give or lower profile. Class-A machine.

when you locked the front diff while using the 20 tooth pinion gear did it affect its turning radius? coz I plan to do that to mine so it could be a rock racer with more torque. Tnx in advance

That's pretty much how it is out of the box. I was running a 3 cell A123 pack in it at the time, which has a little higher voltage output then standard 6 cell stick packs though.

The song is by Slightly Stoopid. I can't remember the name off hand, but it's on the "Everything You Need" CD.
