I have found a passion now after years of searching for one... sometimes I see the scars on my arms and wonder what people must think.,,But it's OK, I'm happy with myself and I love my life at last.
Man.. you're so worng, hitting a punchinbag wont help you get rid of your anger, actually it feeds the anger. Why? Because we humans are a creature of habbit, if we do something that feels good we do that, so everytime you get angry you want to punch something because it makes us feels good.
I feel a bit better when I'm drawing or writing...I heard some ppl say that writing a diary helps..didnt work for me..but learning foreign languages helped..
and music sometimes cheers me up..
sumtimes watching a good movie on tv helps a bit.,Being with friends always cheers me up.but i cant talk about my mental state openly..
Anyways,my experience is that expressing yourself in creative ways often helps a lot.(writing,drawing,sewing,painting,photography,..)
I dont know who you are. i dont know what your story is. But even though i might neva know. I love you, your words have spoken to me and your words have stopped me from making a mistake. Whoever you are, i love you...
what the hell are you supposed to do when you can't afford any of that crap!!!
