@hagenar...according to some states (most states?) all a yellow light is defined as is as a indicator that a red light is coming up...it is perfectly legal to enter a intersection on a yellow light. That being said, SPEEDING is always illegal. But the incident at 1:00 was not a speeding situation. As for the guy turning, he should have waited until after the red and proceeded when safe...all vehicles sitting in a intersection when a light *is red* have right of way.

@TheDoorMatt9 The yellow doesn't mean hurry up. The law states he was supposed to stop unless unsafe to do so. Instead, he went for it and hit the turning traffic. He deserves a ticket.
