Opposition to the government's plans to hold the Sept. 11 terrorist trial in New York City intensified Thursday, one day after Mayor Michael Bloomberg revealed he had changed his mind and now hoped the trial would be held elsewhere. (Jan. 29)

Umm, location has nothing to do with safety. The only, and I mean ONLY people you make safer by moving the trial are the people being tried. NYC won't be any safer from a potential attack.

Keep in mind that the exact goal of these guys is to create civil unrest and a breakdown of decent society. By denying them a civilian trail, we succumb to just that goal.

What better way to shove it in their faces that they CAN'T do that, than by being civil and fair in their trail?!
