Hi. Make sure you have the latest Microsoft Framework. Then, restore your ipod on iTunes and try from there. If that dont work, i cant help u m8. Sorry. Luke. P.S = There IS a jailbreak 4 it.

there is one way to jailbreak it but u would take a chance of destroying ur ipod because u have to open it up and take out a chip in the processor

its because there is no jail break for the 2g yet. quickpwn doesnt recognize the ipod touch 2g yet because apple went with a different processer for that reason

dude, wtf??? where have you been for the past... 3 months?? there is no jailbrek for the ipod touch 2g. a simple google search would tell you that. and the CHRONIC DEV TEAM is working on it, not the iphone dev team, because they are a bunch of pussies. so yeah, hopefully this helps. stop trying to jailbreak it not cause someone will include a virus in their quickpwn and fu#$ up ur computer.

and i only got my ipod on Christmas so i didnt know they didnt have updates on it so ....

There is no offical jailbreak for the ipod 2g. The DEV TEAM are working on it at this present time, keep checking there website in the mean time. Dont try any of the videos on youtube, they may cost you, errors, and upset if your ipod breaks.
