  • I notice that the same people that want us to interfere in this war are exactly the same people that didn't want us to go into Iraq. You cry about the deaths of Ugandan children but didn't think the suffering of Iraqi children was a strong enough mandate to invade Iraq. Usually the West intervenes in Africa, only after the Africans have proven themselves incapable of dealing with a crisis. America is always critisized for acting like the world's police, and we are critisized when we dont.

  • sometimes, when all seems a mess..

sometimes when all you want to do is blame others..

sometimes, when clear view is blocked by obstacles

the best you can do is do something about it , and stop complaining

    change the world, change yourself

and try to make others' people day a bit more pleasant, its quite rewarding

  • uganda... eat da poopoo

  • @mebalabidou Some people are just Dopey . First of all if you go back and youtube the era you will find many prominent Democrats absolutely supported Iraq war, and believed Saddam had WMD. You will also find that the French, British, German, and yes even Russian intelligence aganecies believed Saddam had Wmd. I personally think Bush was an idiot for using WMD for the basis of his invasion. We already had UN resolutions that said we could restart the !st gulf war if Saddam misbehaved.

  • Where did you get the million number for dead Iraqi civilians? No authority I am familiar with has claimed that anything close to a million Iraqis died as a result of US actions in Iraq. Please cite your source for that number. The majority of Iraqi civilians killed since the invasion were killed by their Muslim brethren. Sunnis killing shia and vice versa.

  • @Grimmest117 the thing is that the us invasion of irak killed over a million innocent civilians, but eh what do we know ?

  • @Grimmest117 Your views are quite comical given that the U.S.' intervention in Africa died with the debacle they faced in Somalia some years ago. There is no parallel between Iraq and Uganda. Somehow, you are produce parallels similar to the bunch of idiots that sent our troops look for Al Quaida and WMDs where EVERYONE knew they weren't.

  • Uganda is a horrible country. They torture children and gay men. Let´s stop all economic support to this country, until they have reached a minimal civilazation level.

  • No we just act like the world police when there are RESOURCES we can grab. We aren't in Iraq to save children. lol Our political and economic systems are based on greed and have nothing to do with living authentic lives. America looks so wonderful and stable because we just blow people up when they have something we want. No unrest, no arguments...just explosions and "collateral damage"--be nice to America or we will bring "democracy" to your country. Get real people.
