Meh, this is entire situation is debatable. On the other hand, the new lawsuit that's recently gotten into the news is not. 2 students are suing for 2 million dollars against the NBPD for ridiculous brutality and definition a violation of civil rights. just google "2 rutgers students lawsuit" and you should easily find it.
