This fine violin is the top instrument in our Soloist Collection. Masterfully hand carved by expert lutheir, Alin Stoica, it stands apart as a superb instrument with soloistic tone and playing qualities. It is beautifully antiqued by the maker with a honey-brown spirited oil varnish, to replicate rare violins made by the old masters. Tonally, it plays with a brilliant, vibrant and rich sound and it carries an excellent complexity and variety of nuances. With a robust power and projection, this fine soloist instrument has a very quick response, it articulates well and it is incredibly easy to play, even up in the high positions on all four strings. The tone possesses an unsurpassed clarity, maturity and beauty. The label, reading Alin Stoica - Luthier, is hand-signed by the maker.
