  • Stay up for three days and try saying this: Popular polly partied properly poping powerfull purple pills. If popular polly partied properly, poping powerfull purple pills; then who provivided properly partying, popular polly powerfull purple pills to pop? His pop the cop. Who proposed he stop!

  • I can't even say that now! >_<

  • and the other thing to consider are the oversleeps. don't assume a normal alarm will be able to wake you up. have some backup alarms (preferably loud), and don't sleep in your bed! there is a post in my blog somewhere about how to fall asleep instantly that outlines my napping style. also, plan to have your judgment altered when you wake up (you'll want to go back to sleep in most cases). have something to wake you up (i used warcraft 3, battle net)

  • No bed?! Oh man, this is going to be one hell of a challenge. And could I get a link to your blog? I would like to read about your napping style.

  • omg!!! look at the light behind you its the silouette of a person!!

  • yuppers, no bed, forget about cuddling in the sheets! napping is different from sleeping at night, different rules, different approach. i messaged you a link to the article.

  • although the basic guidelines are simple, executing them usually takes experience. (1) sleep for every nap (allocate relaxing, minimally stimulating time before each nap so you can get sleepy), (2) wake up for every nap (will be easier if you sleep for every nap), and (3) don't sleep at any time other than your scheduled nap time (never let your guard down). things will get easier, but you've got to maintain a strict schedule. the social life will take some juggling.

  • the last major thing is don't have unplanned naps. especially don't make the decision to have a nap when you're feeling sleepy! once you wake up, the hardest part is over, but don't assume it's smooth sailing. stay active (don't read a book). every oversleep and unplanned nap will not only set you back, it will destabilize your schedule and make it that much harder to get back on track.

  • Oh don't worry about it. :) I took no offense whatsoever. Though this whole thing sounds to interesting to just let it go without at least attempting it. Plus it will give me a whole bunch of extra time to catch up on my reading. :)

  • I never was good at napping! I do have some techniques I use to help me fall asleep fast, so I will have to be extra focused on doing them properly. Any other suggestions would be much appreciated. For now or maybe in the future if I try it again.
