This is me doing my workout on the "Your Shape" program. I do half an hour a day and I burn between 400-500 calories per half an hour. Awesome workout!
hey..which segment are you working on...like the extra challanges or which one? because when i do the exercises i never get what your doing. i always get the same thing and i bearly burn 200 cal for half an hour. can you tell me which area or ur body ur working on from the program? thanks
