The first caution of the day comes out when #34 Todd Bodine in his first ever Winston Cup start spins and hits the tire barrier in turn 10. Davey Allison who was still feeling the effects from his flip at Pocono 3 weeks prior hands over his car to road racer Dorsey Schroeder who would run the rest of the race in the #28 car.

  • Davey Allison was a great stock car driver.

He is the reason why I started watching back in 1991.

  • Now, you get fired for having a 24 second pit stop

  • nice diet pepsi car!

  • Y did he need a replacement? Was it cuz of the pocono accident? He looked fine getting out. My first race I saw live was in 200

  • Dorsey Schroeder does race car broadcasts now, he also hosts a car show on Speed Channel.

  • he's a truck series champ, he has found his place, everyone and everything has its place.
