Can you put the that Horowitz was the arranger in the tag? It's neat to hear this; I have a few recordings of this roll, but its fun to see it played on the real thing.

definitely the tempo set on the piano is too fast. Listen to the performances of Horowitz playing his own arrangement - there are lots of version on YouTube to hear.

ok, wel that might be it then, is it the tempo stated on the roll? seems a bit fast to me.... I've a recording of this roll and that one is much slower, I'd love to know at what tempo it was played originally

Actually, the Duo-Art was just regulated about 2 months ago. Keep in mind that the recording was done by a cheap camera microphone, not anything professional grade!
