【材料】:地瓜粉1/2杯、日本太白粉1/2杯、冷水1/2杯、滾水1杯、紅豆沙3兩、白豆沙3兩、黃豆沙3兩
【做法】:
1、先把所有餡料揉成圓球後備用。
2、準備一個熱鍋倒入一杯水的份量燒開。
3、調理盆內放入半杯開水,和半杯日本太白粉以及半杯地瓜粉後,攪拌均勻接著快速加入煮滾熱水,此時要不停的攪拌攪拌至稠糊狀,即完成涼圓粉漿的部份。
4、接著把揉好的餡料放入粉漿中,讓餡料均勻的果上粉後,放在剪成正方型的烘培紙上。
5、準備一個蒸鍋,再把涼圓放入鍋中蒸,轉中小火,蒸約三分鐘即可起鍋。
6、放在冰塊上,即完成這道好吃的「涼圓」。
