I was living in Virginia at this time and lived on military housing. How scarry this was. My exhusband had to leave to go on ship and I had to take my kids and go inland. So many years ago and I rember it like it hit today

lol all i remember from this storm is bailing water out of the sump pump before it overflowed and flooded our basement 7hrs straight of that and hurricanes aint fun no more.
Now we decided not to be so cheap and bought a generator. Bring it on now!
