9-4-02 Terr Stalk SAPD-H & L Plane (Pt 2 of 2)

The very public terroristic stalking by air by San Antonio police officers using police helicopters began on September 27, 2001. At or about 11:45 a.m. on that date, I observed a helicopter flying in the clear blue sky heading West above a small greenbelt area behind my home. The helicopter caught my attention for several reasons: I don't recall seeing a helicopter in the almost twelve years that I had lived at my residence before this date; air space was under restrictions due to the terrorists' September 11, 2001 air attacks on the U.S.; and it was less than three weeks from the horrifying terrorists' attacks of 9-11. I watched from my backyard as the helicopter turned and began heading North and flew over the property parallel to mine and over my neighbor's home. I looked and kept looking for any identifying letters and/or numbers on the aircraft's visible side and tail section but I didn't see any. I observed the helicopter as it flew over and past my neighbor's property, gaining altitude and heading slightly Northwest over the subdivision I live in. Abruptly, the helicopter turned around and was directed in a dive bomb descent over the roof of my home at me in my backyard. I went as far back as I could to the back corner of my fence and was trapped there at my locked six foot backyard gate that gives access to the greenbelt area behind my backyard. I'm grateful for the trees in the greenbelt area protectively backing up to my backyard and the power lines above my back fence. They restricted how low the helicopter could get. The helicopter HOVERED JUST ABOVE the power lines overhead. I read the word POLICE in bold letters on the underside of the helicopter. Then the helicopter after a long hovering, turned in place and headed North again. I ran to my house and grabbed my camera but the helicopter was by then out of sight.

I called the San Antonio Police Department (SAPD) and spoke with Sergeant Moseley (spelling?) from Internal Affairs. He placed me on hold while he called and spoke with the SAPD Helicopter Division and relayed to me that he was told no SAPD helicopter was in my area at the time I gave him for the helicopter incident. I questioned him. Then where did the helicopter come from? Wasn't anyone concerned over what had just happened? In reply, he gave me the SAPD Helicopter Division phone number to call and talk to someone there which I did.

I called the SAPD Helicopter Division and spoke with Sergeant Torres who identified himself as the SAPD supervising staff member of the SAPD Helicopter Division. I could not understand why Sergeant Torres was not concerned about what had happened, especially a helicopter with the word POLICE on its underside, especially considering the heightened state of alert since 9-11 and concern that there could be more air attacks by terrorists.

As I spoke with Sergeant Torres, he repeated some of what I said over the phone to an audience he had at his location. I could hear them laughing. They were laughing at me, laughing at my distress, laughing at my fear for the safety of others who could become targets of the unidentified helicopter with the word POLICE on its underside that had just terrorized me in my backyard.

Why were they laughing? Why didn't they think that what I told them was alarming? I kept questioning Sergeant Torres until he finally 'confessed' that, YES, an SAPD helicopter was in my area at the time given. He said they were looking for an abandoned vehicle. In my small fenced-in back yard? He said 'they' didn't see me. An OUTRAGEOUS LIE. Anyone who's flown in a plane and looked out the window, while it was daylight, during a take-off and/or landing, is aware of how well 'they' in the helicopter did see me as 'they' were flying just a few feet above the height of typical streetside power lines.

I told Sergeant Torres that what 'they' did was terrifying, my heart was pounding when it happened, that it was not funny, and that I could have had a heart attack (family history of heart attacks and strokes), and that what 'they' did was irresponsible. Sergeant Torres' reply was a threatening tirade on how I needed to be supportive of law enforcement and the officers who risked their lives to protect life and property.

Sergeant Torres covered up one serious wrongdoing with another serious wrongdoing - badgering me, the victim. There is no doubt in my mind that what the helicopter pilots did was deliberate and self serving in the same way as those who commit acts of violence against children, women, and pets.

Sergeant Torres then retracted his 'confession' that I had obtained from him through careful questioning. He told me that the helicopter I saw was not SAPD's but was probably from one of the area cities' police departments. He said SAPD helicopters were royal blue with metal flaking and a gold stripe . I had described the helicopter as turquoise with a white diagonal stripe. Under my additional questioning, he did say that YES the word POLICE was on the underside of the SAPD helicopter.

It should be clear to everyone that something is seriously wrong with SAPD if SAPD was not involved. Why wasn't the SAPD Helicopter Division concerned about the actions of that 'NOT SAPD' helicopter, especially since according to the information from Sergeant Torres, the helicopter with the word POLICE on its underside, besides being piloted in what I considered a terroristic action, was also out of its area of jurisdiction???

I called several of the area cities' police departments to identify the city police department responsible for that 'NOT SAPD' helicopter. I received the same answer from all of them: The SAPD Helicopter Division handles the helicopter services for all San Antonio area cities' police departments and also for the Sheriff's Department.

That alone should be sufficient proof that Sergeant Torres had told me another OUTRAGEOUS LIE but there was still the problem with the discrepancy in the color of the helicopter.

I called area airports. Once they learned SAPD denied involvement, they referred me elsewhere (out of fear of personal involvement?).

I called the City of San Antonio Aviation Department Noise Abatement Office @ 210-207-3471 and spoke with Jerry Brinken who identified the helicopter as SAPD regardless of the color discrepancy. He said he could only write up the helicopter incident as a noise complaint and allegedly did so.

I called a number given to me as the San Antonio District Office Flight Service Station where flight plans are filed @ 1-800-WXBRIEF (992-7433). I spoke with someone with a name sounding like Woodren (spelling?) who said he could only give me information if I had a call number.

I called FAA San Antonio Flight Standards District office @ 210-308-3300. I spoke with 'Gracie' who referred me to 'Gary' who asked me to call him back at 3 p.m. at which time he told me he was waiting on information from Linn Scott (spelling?) and to call him back again at 3:30 p.m. which I did. Gary told me he gave the information on the helicopter incident to the International San Antonio Airport and there was no identification for that kind of helicopter with police written on the underside and no call numbers. There was no consideration given for a helicopter with call numbers that were not easily visible/readable.

By calling in a complaint and trying to identify the two San Antonio police officers/pilots responsible for the September 27, 2001 incident, I was targeted for severe and extreme mobbing by air in addition to ground mobbing.

The San Antonio Police Department remains unaccountable for its act of air terrorism on a woman alone in her backyard less than three weeks after 9-11.

The San Antonio Police Department is frighteningly out of control by the activities it has engaged in to cover up for its police officers wrongdoings.

The San Antonio Police Department continues to abuse and misuse resources available to it after initiating and continuing to date a very public terroristic mobbing targeting me as a victim involving collusion of governmental agencies at the local, state, and federal levels and nongovernmental agencies.

The terroristic stalking by air, using helicopters, that I have videotaped and identified ownership of, have involved helicopters owned by the Military, the Department of Public Safety, EMS agencies, media agencies, and U.S. Customs as well as ongoing terroristic stalking by helicopters owned by the San Antonio Police Department.

For over five years, I have videotaped aircraft, involved in stalking me, flying over my home, my backyard, my FORMER office that I had no choice but to close, over me when I'm driving, in parking lots of shopping centers... I have videotaped fuel dumping over my back yard, terroristic circling, nose dive flying at and over me, and disabling deliberate migraine triggering aircraft sounds.

In January, 2002, an employee of the Bexar County Sheriff''s department, Tammy Johnson, came to my home and asked me a substantial number of questions.

I now understand the questions were to determine my vulnerability as a targeted victim.

She even loaned me a camcorder to record the ongoing abuse. When I told her of my first successful recording of the ongoing SAPD helicopter terroristic flyovers, she couldn't get to my home fast enough to view the recording. She acted shocked and said that she didn't think I was going to be able to record the helicopter and then she left with the camcorder - but a blank tape inside. I switched tapes, not trusting her after the way she acted. I called her later and asked to borrow the camcorder to transfer the tape to a videotape to take to the San Antonio Police Chief, not trusting Internal Affairs anymore. She refused.

She came to my home one more time. She told me she had bad news. She stated to me "They are going to kill you". "They" representing the terroristic stalking/mobbing network. She told me I needed to write my will and to sign my home over to her so that my pets would not be harmed. I refused. I had already paid her $2000 in cash at my bank out of the $10,000 requested to stop the terroristic stalking. She left angry. Later she called. She asked me if I knew about the woman who had been killed by two rottweilers. I said yes. (For the reader's information, a couple, who owned two Neapolitan mastiffs, hated their neighbor, a single attractive college educated woman. They would encourage their large dogs to act aggressively towards their neighbor who they hated so much until one day the dogs attacked and killed their neighbor). Bexar County Sheriff's Dep't employee, Tammy Johnson, then said "That should have been you those rottweilers killed. You are so passive you deserve to die".

What she knew but you the reader does not know is that I have scarring on part of my upper lip and under my chin where I was bitten in the face when I was a child by the neighbor's dog and I was terrified for years of dogs I did not know until I learned quite a bit about dog behavior. I am a strong advocate for owning a dog and adopting that dog from the city pound where personally I feel the irresponsible owners should be, not the pets they treated like trash.

Since then there was a brief news article in the San Antonio Express News about her. She had been the subject of a traffic stop and the officer who stopped her noted a smell from the car raising his suspicion of the use of an illicit drug. Of course she still wears the Bexar County Sheriff's Department uniform and service gun. Law enforcement is a family above the law and covers for its own.

I need to add some more videos then I will tell you who I contacted for help... Obviously no one has yet been held accountable for the terroristic stalkings. I'm still videotaping and the stalkers are freaking out because I found youtube and while they may have been able to control covering up what they have done in San Antonio and Texas, anyone outside their retaliation range can speak out against what they are doing and get the legislation passed to stop this in my state and your state and our democratic nation. For over five years, since 2002, military planes have been flying over my home, over and over and over again. There have been days when I have counted over 55 flights, all of them using the same flight pathway overhead, at all hours of the day and night, causing severe stress and sleep deprivation.

There is documentation readily available on the Internet discussing the effects on individuals and the community from abusive plane sounds. That same documentation also discusses flight activities that increase the abuse level of the sound effects experienced by those on the ground below.

FAA, pilot organizations, the Jeppesen pilot textbook, all have written about minimizing the impact of abusive aircraft sounds on the community.

I can only conclude that abusive aircraft overhead are piloted by individuals operating their aircraft deliberately and terroristically to harm those below their abusive flight path.

The 'screaming' aircraft overhead have repeatedly demonstrated that they can fly substantially quieter.

Fighter Jet pilots have been so severely abusive on many of their flights overhead, their sound waves caused structural vibration so severe, it felt like my home was exploding around me.

The physiological vibration has been so severe, it leaves you stunned. It is a concussion shock.

The documentation is readily available on heart attacks triggered by abusive fighter jets overhead.

The abusive sounds deliberately set off by the planes are so severe they forcefully induce rarely ending severe headaches that easily become incapacitating migraines that last for days sustained by the ongoing repeat flights of severely abusive migraine triggering flights overhead.

You can't think with a migraine. The pain is too overwhelming. If someone twisted those pilots' balls every time they abused and misused their control over their plane's severe sound output, they might feel some of the pain they are causing.

Your brain is struggling through sludge trying to think under the effects of the forcefully induced severe headache from the military planes.

My home is NOT located near any airport or Air Force base that could explain the seriously destructive level of sound output from those planes.

Three of my neighbors under the age of 45 are dead. One of those neighbors was a young recently widowed mother of two young children under the age of twelve. Her husband had tragically died in an accident before she moved into the house just a few houses from mine with her two young children who now face life without a father and a mother.




About half the neighbors on my street have moved/sold their homes.

A new neighbor calls the severely abusive aircraft flying over our homes 'screamers'. She had an 'unexplained' miscarriage at six months.

I have been severely affected, many times incapacitated by migraines forcefully induced by the 'screaming' aircraft overhead and struggling with the forcefully induced severe headaches the remainder of the time.
