@MASTERHOLYDICK 04-05 3GTLs came with 270bhp stock. Due to some bullshit emission law, Acura had to put a limiter on it and dropped it to 260bhp for 06s 3GTLs and above. You could get it back by tweaking the ECU I'm sure as everything under the hood is virtually the same.

did his set up include the greddy resonators or an aftermarket resonator to get rid of the rasp from going catless?

@MASTERHOLYDICK sorry to break it to u but all 3rd gen has 258 at the crank ..i dont even know why ur "smh" for when ur car is stock... go on forums and learn something b4 u say something...and plus u know what...u probably wanna take care of ur 04 since theyre known to have more tranny problems through out 04-08...

Good Lord, will anyone ever understand that the base model TL was rated 270 at the crank from 04-'05, then due to the revised SAE standards and how cars are rated it was dropped to 258 for the '06-'08 model years. However, NOTHING WAS ACTUALLY CHANGED in the powertrain. In stock form, the base 5AT's make around 210 at the wheels, and the 6MT around 220. 263 whp is great for basic bolt-ons, especially on a Mustang Dyno.

@MASTERHOLYDICK no your 04 tl has 270 CRANK hp stock. Nowhere close to this car. 263whp is quite a bit more at the crank than 270. More like 300 in that range

@MASTERHOLYDICK you are so dumb. its 263 wheel horsepower not crank. the tl comes stock with 254 hp to the crank not 270. which means its about 230 wheel hp. so your stock tl has 254 not 270 crank hp. my 05 tl is at 280ish to the crank with custom exhaust and intake. which is about 250 wheel hp. maybe read up a little more on the car you own...
