@kiemul136 well, they're not nocturnal animals so they don't tend to do that through the night, and I myelf have the cage right next to my bed with no problems.

How do you get degus to allow you to pick them up? They're fine and play with me when in their cage, but when out they're bastards to get back in.

for degus u need a much bigger cage, a minimum of two of them, different food and lots of love and patience...
