Delonghi EC155 espresso modded

Pulling a 2oz double shot using my Delonghi EC155. I am using an unpressurized filter basket that I modded. The coffee is Ethiopia Sidamo from a local roaster. The EC155 is an entry level machine but allows me to pull very decent shots. The grinder used is a Capresso Infinity

Still works great, it is well built for what it is.

Hi, I had the Capresso set on the 3rd finest setting for this shot, but I do find that the grinder is not very consistent for espresso, it works, just be prepared for a few sink shots. The basket is the double that comes with the machine. I removed the plastic pressurizer piece inside the basket, this is very easy to do when you take it apart.

Hi, Would you please tell me whether your machine is still working as well. I like to go with this one rather than a Nespresso if I can only know by using it once per day I can get such a nice shot for quite a bit of time. Thanks for this and the video.
