  • i find it hilarious that you keep saying precise measurements but you casually pour hops out of your big ass pill bottle like its nothing! dont get me wrong here, i love a hoppy, flowery, citrus-ish beer, but come on now! do it right boy!

  • Let me introduce you to a concept called sarcasm.

  • Why are you using a lid?

  • Hoping that wild yeast don't get in there as the beer cools...well, not enough to overpower the yeast strain I will throw in the beer.

  • i throw my kettle in the swimming pool it works amazing

  • I like that idea a lot. Let's see...which neighbor has a swimming pool...

  • That's a good idea!

  • Why don't you have a larger vessel of water in your chill room and recirc to cool down your wort? I appreciate your approach.

  • Whirlfloc is the clarifier I use. It is probably just irish moss in a powdery pill form, but I like the convenience of the pills.

  • What did you add first. It sounded like you said 'The answer to Irish moss, whorl flock' They were two white tablets. Do they make the beer clear??
