He said most comedians like Louis CK ..Seinfeld etc..he knows,everybody knows Carlin spoke the truth!

@rogerrodd Seinfeld is correct. It is hardly some keen observation to note that as humans(comedians would be members of that group) we all say things,at times, things that we don't necessarily believe in,in part,whole-heartedly,in passing etc.
The difference between "you" & "I", the civilian,if you will,and the professional comic/comedian/artist is that the pro does what he/she does in exchange for some more tangible reward in addition to whatever intrinsic value the acts may hold

Sorry Jerry but you're off on that one. Jerry may do jokey material that isn't based upon truth. He is a light, fluffy, fun based comedian, albeit very talented at doing so. The GREAT ones tell the truth and THAT is what makes them is most ingenious, clever, and hilarious.

@URSExelcior I get what your saying. When he died the media just kinda watered down his legacy as the "wacky old hippie who said a lot of naughty words! ha ho!" ignoring the fact that he constanly bashed their industry and ideas.
