A unique Ford Explorer rolling off the line today at Chicago Assembly Plant will feature the model's its trademark eye-catching craftsmanship with one notable distinction. This Ford Explorer is created from more than 380,000 LEGO bricks and marks the beginning of a long-term alliance between Ford and LEGOLAND® Florida theme park.

Ford really seems to be investing a lot of money to promote their "new & improved" (as in "neutered") FWD "Explorer" minivan.

I have a 2nd generation (2000 model year) Explorer TRUCK that's tough as nails & always reliable. We also happen to have one of these 2012 FWD abominations called "Explorer" as a service vehicle at work and it's a total soccer-mom mobile POS in comparison. Unexplained check engine lights and valve noise after 20k kilometers, lol.

My next one will definitely be a Jeep !
