The level is called " Little Big World" but I can't remember how I unlocked

Ohh, I remember that. You have to get 100% in the game. If you actually unlocked it, congratulations :P Because I have yet to. I couldn't find a cheat for it or a gameshark code or anything like a save game for it. Bummer :P

its cool, its like a kitchen worktop and you can skate all the stuff there. e.g cheese as a kicker, sink as a bowl

On Proving Ground (on PS3 and X360) you also have a sewers "level", it is used to connect the levels.

So bad that, like other "level connectors", you can't film on there. It would make for some killer footage...
