My big brother aka a Semper Fi Marine was in a truck ,traveling down a road in afganastan ,with a turrent and he was in the turrent and the truck hit a land mine and the truck fliped over and he broke his back :( and 2 other marines died. And one broke all of his limbs. but My Brother survived and is now in indeana and is going to propose to his Gf. i just am so thank full that he is alive :) god bless

@RedCombatUnit i don't think so , i had surgery and had aplate put in my head and now i cant join the military because of it. So i doubt a diabetic could but i may be wrong so dont quote me
