  • Rap music for a Golden Age of Bodybuilding video? Epic fail......lol

  • @janikiraly2 Thanks! :D

  • Good vid, but I had to mute that crap background music.

  • 2 mins 54 secs... the ultimate in bodybuilding.

These bloated warthogs of today couldn't hold a candle to these guys.

  • @cbvett19 28 is huge good work :D

  • @janikiraly2 I know! Tom is one of my all time favorite bodybuilders! I am trying to did my physique somewhat similar to his, I mean my legs are only 28 and a half inches, but then again I am a natural bodybuilder so for them to be as big as arnolds when he was useing, I don't think I'm doing too bad for myself :-)

  • @cbvett19 tom platz had crazy leg workouts! he could squat 200 kgs for more than 20 reps! and they were hard ass to grass squats!

  • The 70's were the best of times, going to the GYM,many of the freinds i made back in the 70's were good people, because almost anyone would go out of there way , stop there work and pump to show some kid how to get 70's 80's and 100 LB dumbell up on the incline bench to this day i still kick both dumbells up at the same time with a press to start my set. Thanks to people like Joey B,and Larry B.

  • Tom Platz' legs make Lou's look like a joke lol. They are fucking MASSIVE!
