Ethnic Cleansing at Thornbury Carnival 2010 - 4. cod ethnics

As 2009 was unofficially Thornbury's Year of Ethnicity, in an effort to show that the local establishment was not racist, there was a significant cod ethnic element to the Thornbury Carnival. Now that it's 2010, the establishment wishes to get back to its usual practices. But the cod ethnics are white, so that's alright, eh?
