@sonpacho A whole other order of magnitude: Absolutely. But to say that the racist ideologies of the coworkers are nil because they are less serious than that of someone who has the power to enact their ideologies is wrong. If you were a high-up-the-ladder boss, and you saw a worker expresses racist thoughts, would you promote them to a position where they could enact those thoughts to a pragmatic end? If not, what does this say about the existence of those thoughts to begin with?

@DiomedesStrosMkai No, it would make them prejudiced or a bigot not racist. Regardless of where/how it's defined racism involves discrimination. How exactly does a powerless person discriminate against someone? Call them derogatory names? That's what my initial reply addressed the notion that calling someone a name made one a racist. If your coworker doesn't like you because of your ethnicity that's one thing. Your boss? A whole other order of magnitude.

@sonpacho You're missing the point. The inability of a racist to enact racial policies doesn't make him not a racist, does it? One's ideology is separate from their political power. The existence of Hitler's opinion PRECEDED his acquisition of his armies. The prior existence of the ideology is a necessary condition for the enactment of policies based on that opinion. That Y is a result of X means that one cannot expect Y without the initial appearance of X. You're logically incoherent.

@DiomedesStrosMkai Yes. If a poor person discriminates against someone how exactly does that negatively effect them? It doesn't. When it's done by a hiring manager or the person renting an apt. then it's a problem. A poor person can hate whomever/whatever they want or wish this/that group couldn't do x, y and/or z. It's not until the person has the power to negatively effect those groups that it's a problem. If Hitler didn't have an army his opinion would've meant what exactly?

If you discriminate against someone based solely on their virtue of having a different skin color, then you are racist. The relative power between the discriminator and the discriminated is irrelevant.. In fact, most white-power 'enthusiasts' are far from financially fortunate, and you're telling me they're not racist?

1. bosna-mora exchange (because venedic attack to ottomans)

2. sell the aermania to iran 7500k golds. (because georgia or iran attack to ottomans in here)

3. you have to send an army (from moldovia) to krım for the cover.

4.give the all land moldovia-sirbea-bulgaria to Hollands (free because avusturia empire attack ottomans 4. turns.)

5. make trade treaties ( for 100goldsx10 years because states can cancel treaties)

6. make economy.
