I have an old Atari Club Magazin from 1984. There is a record from a german Centipede Atari 2600 Player (World Final).
Attention!!!The Score is: 297517 in 20 minutes. I dont think that the X-Box 360 and PS3 Player with her High-resolution-graphics can play this highscore today. Her hands are much to slow. That this highscore is possible shows the record. All NEW X-Box and PS3 Gamer dosen't comes in the near of this record. The Atari Gamers from the 80' are the real Videogame-Masters!!!!!!!!!!!!

ooooh my gooooooood! good memories !!! Atari XE was my first console and I had this game, I also had Lode Runner and Joust and a pinball one as well. I just kept playing for hours XD

It is. It has more bugs than Centipede. It has mosquitoes, beetles, dragonflies, earwigs, bees, spiders, inchworms and of course, the millipede itself.

Millipede has more things than Centipede, such as a DDT Bomb, mosquito, beetle, or bee. Just like I said before, Millipede is a seriously intense game. The spiders in Millipede are actually worth 300, 600, 900, and actually 1200!
I plan to put this on an operating system when I get older. I am a technology genius, and I want to make an operating system. Which means I will become a billionare in my life.

I have been playing Millipede at some arcades. This was a seriously intense game! My local location of Millipede uses 00-30000 point style. Your version uses 00-24000, which is a little easier.
This is just HIGHLY more than Centipede!
