@ManlyBannister I too have a bad back and spent most of my camping trips complaining about how much pain I was in. Since switching to my Hennessy I've had no such problems. Even if a hard day's canoeing throws out my back I know a night in the hammock will restore it to proper condition.
@borys66 unless you've got food in there with you, or you smeared it all over yourself, a bear is very unlikely to try to eat/attack you while you're in a tent/hammock. most people don't understand that most bear attacks occur either because the human frightened it or if they are not wisely securing their food. chill guys. just respect your surroundings and be careful.
@magicamoon Note: Bears are excellent climbers, your suspension lines will need to be a good distance to avoid bear swiping of you and made of a material that can withstand chewing/clawing and 200kg(estimate) swiping force perhaps more if it puts body weight on - I think they can weigh somewhere in the vicinity of 160kg(black grizzly - brown bears can weigh near 700kg so you do the math).
Nice video. I just bought mine this Christmas. How did you tie down your fly tarp? Are you using tent stakes?

forget about bears - they won't bother you. Cats though, still like to play - even the big ones and you'd look like a sack lunch hahahaha

I heard mosquitos can bite thru the fabric of the Hennesee hammock.

Looks like a human piñata setup for bears, just whack 'em to get to the juicy human inside! lol

Looks like the thing for those of us who no longer want to sleep on the ground!

@sirpc2 But if to hang the hammock higher to avoid the bears, how to be able to get inside the hammock then? Is there a ladder or something?
