Photoshop CS4 : Very Cool Effect For Your Pictures

This is a very simple but yet effective photo effect that you can do to your images on myspace and facebook etc.

Step 1 - Open your image and unlock the layer.
Step 2 - Using the rectangular marquee tool make a selection of your images and copy and paste it.
Step 3 - On the first layer make it black and white by pressing CTRL + U to open the hue and saturation window.
Step 4 - On the colored layer make a stroke using inside mode and any color you want.

@EverillHD well there really is no "never or always" it depends on what you want. if you want to open and continue editing later save PNG if you want a finished copy to distribute save JPEG
